My Story

I was encouraged by a friend to try a Pilates Reformer session with Becky. When I first started working out at HealthPlus, I was experiencing pain just by stepping on a curb, going up the stairs and standing from a seated position.

A year later, I can run up stairs if I choose! Walking had always been the only form of exercise for me and I felt that I needed more variety. My session with Becky went well and she encouraged me to try some of the group classes.

I am now participating in several group classes including Pilates, Low Impact and Body Pump. I also have weekly personal training sessions on the Pilates Reformer.

My Story

I have done a variety of programs including yoga, cycling, personal training, cardio machines, free weights and Pilates over the past few years.

I had my first session in September, 2007 on the Pilates Reformer equipment after taking mat Pilates classes.

The Pilates Reformer has reshaped my body more than anything else I have tried and it has happened quickly.

In combination with Weight Watchers, the Pilates Reformer has helped me lose 35 pounds, improved my flexibility and totally toned my whole body. Becky has been so encouraging and I have learned so many new things from her.
