Anything Goes Cardio
Take it to the limit. This 60-minute class has it all! A non-stop work out that will increase your cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and flexibility. You may need two towels to complete this great calorie burning class.
Anything Goes Circuits
A 60-minute cardio workout designed to keep you moving. Participants spend 3-4 minutes at ten stations working upper, middle and lower body parts. Cardio intervals are inserted between stations to keep your heart rate elevated. Stations can be modified for all fitness levels.
Basic Yoga
A 60-minute class dedicated to the 5,000-year-old physical discipline of yoga. Students learn proper breathing technique and asana (poses). Yoga builds strength, improves flexibility, increases stamina, boosts the immune system, reduces stress, and improves balance. All fitness levels are welcome and students are encouraged to work at their own intensity level. Modifications will be given.
Body Pump
Body pump is the original barbell workout that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute program challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.Great music and awesome instructors.

Body Toning
A class for toning and strengthening all muscle groups using bands, weights and bars. This is not a cardiovascular workout and does not require an ability to follow dance steps. All fitness levels are welcome including those with arthritis or fibromyalgia.
Boot Camp
Surrender your usual workouts and do something completely different. Boot Camp Baby! This class consists of cardiovascular and toning drills that will whip your body into shape and bring sweat to your brow.
Core Training
No impact, high-energy and intense training of our "core" which is primarily abs and back but also includes glutes and hamstrings.Using a combination of light free weights, tubing, medicine balls, body ball and high repetition will strengthen your body!
Gliding Discs
A new way to work an old body! Use discs to improve core, strength and agility. Think you've seen it all? Try adding the discs to your workout for a whole new program.
Fit for Two
The class is designed for prenatal and postnatal women who would benefit from exercise in a group atmosphere. The program is designed to positively influence pregnant women and to promote health and wellness during their childbearing years. The participants will be lead, by a certified aerobic instructor, through a variety of cardiovascular and strength training exercise, followed by stretching and relaxation techniques. Appropriate for all fitness levels.
Pilates
A class in the traditional discipline developed by Joseph Pilates. Pilates works to build core strength in the abdominals, lower back, glutes, hips and thighs. Some knowledge of basic yoga poses is recommended but not required. Look for our 30- & 60-minute classes. We also offer a beginners class. All fitness levels are welcome.
Power Core
Improve your balance, posture and coordination! Shape your waist and tone your abs while strengthening your lower back! Using the stability ball, mat, weights and our own body strength for power, we will do a variety of power exercises including crunches, planks, bridges, pilates, yoga and more! Join us for an action-packed and unique class each week as we POWER UP the CORE at lunch!!!
Power Yoga
A more advanced version of the basic yoga class. You will find this both challenging and relaxing. Appropriate for intermediate and advanced fitness levels.
Stamina & Strength
A calorie burn. The first half of this class is classic hi/lo cardio choreography. The second half we’ll bring the heart rate down while emphasizing strength training using a variety of equipment. This fun and challenging class can be adjusted to meet your needs.
Step & Kick
Kick it up a notch! Step class just got a little more interesting by adding kicks, punches and blocking combinations. A great cardiovascular workout for intermediate to advanced participants.
Step Aerobics
Using a Reebok step, you will be instructed to move around the floor and on the step to work both lower and upper body parts within a fat burning and cardiovascular range. Practice makes perfect so do plan to come regularly to this class to learn the movements and patterns, which will help you become an expert stepper!
Super Sculpt
An accelerated body toning class using heavy weights and increasing repetitions. Grab your sweat towel and let’s lift! Appropriate for intermediate and advanced fitness levels.
Tai Chi
An antidote for stress. Tai Chi strengthens the respiratory, muscular and cardiovascular systems while improving mental alertness and tranquility. Also improves elasticity and strength of muscles, ligaments and tendons. Tai Chi is great for all ages and all fitness levels. No experience needed.
Total Body
A 30-minute class to tone your upper/lower body. Using a variety of equipment and exercises, you’ll see a difference in upper/lower body strength in no time.
Turbo Jam
The hottest kickboxing class around. You’ll kick, punch and groove the calories away in this action-packed, super fun, super safe and effective cardiovascular workout. All fitness levels are invited.
 Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations. Zumba is a "feel-happy" workout that is great for both body and mind.
