RPM by Les Mills

RPM by Les Mills is one of the best workouts in the Fitness Center.

Every class includes a pre-choreographed pack ride, pace, hills, mixed terrain, intervals, speed work, mountain climbs, cool down and stretch. These are great cardiovascular classes that emphasize lower-body work. After an hour on the bicycle, you will not doubt that you burned a calorie or two. No previous experience with cycling is required. All fitness levels are welcome. First-time cyclists should come to class ten minutes early to get assistance with the bike set-up.

We require each cyclist to bring a water bottle and we will supply the towels for class. Cycling pants are highly recommended but not required. We also recommend cycling shoes or shoes with a very firm sole for your comfort and safety.

RPM classes are 45-50 minutes in length and Power RPM classes are 60 minutes in length. In addition, we offer several freestyle classes where the instructor becomes the DJ. Who knows what will be played next! Come on...you know you want to ride!
