The computerized FitLinxx™ training partner gives you and our staff instant feedback concerning your technique. This instant update allows the trainer to track your progress, and helps you achieve your fitness goals. All memberships include two assessments with a Fitness Specialist.
HealthPlus Fitness also offers the Ezone entertainment System, which is a personal entertainment system that gives you a complete choice of personalized entertainment. You can watch television or play your own CD's. You can even watch television silently while listening to your favorite music.
