Ground Based Program

GingerThe ground based program focuses on increasing the athletes’ core strength using a progression of exercises from basic balance and movement skills, speed and agility drills, and combination of traditional and untraditional strength exercises. This program is designed to facilitate any level of athlete in any sport to become more efficient and effective while decreasing the chance of injury.
